Ben is co-founder and Principal of Land Advisors Resort Solutions, a specialty land brokerage firm providing services for resort, golf and destination communities. As principal, Ben brings 20 years of experience and exposure to nearly $1 billion in resort sales during his career, working with some of the most successful land developers in the industry. Land Advisors Resort Solutions was created to provide strategic direction, marketing and sales resources, sales management services and brokerage expertise to accelerate sales for developer clients. Ben’s daily involvement with clients includes new client acquisition, project assessment, sales and marketing strategies, land brokerage and oversight of ongoing sales management teams. Since co-founding Land Advisors Resort Solutions in 2012 as part of Land Advisors Organization, Ben has led its business development, quickly capitalizing on the market by offering specialty brokerage to the resort and recreational community sector as well as offering retail sales management and re-launch services. The company has seen initial sales of over $100M in resort land sales and retail management revenues since inception.

Prior to launching Land Advisors Resort Solutions, Ben was a consultant for DMB Realty, a partnership of DMB Associates, an Arizona-based development company. Mr. Jenkins provided consulting services as vice president of resort sales, led new business development efforts, sales strategies, launch implementation and land sales, closing over $100 million in revenues. He also led the company’s creation and implementation of a comprehensive sales management platform, offering developer clients an integrated process for accelerating sales to retail buyers within their specific markets.

Ben’s highly-esteemed resort sales career includes Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Lifestyle Property Solutions (LPS), a national sales and marketing consulting firm offering services for resort-style developers. Under Ben’s leadership, LPS grew to over $400 million in resort sales in just 6 years working with resort developers nationwide, offering launch sales programming, marketing and consulting services. LPS was sold in 2010 and Ben was retained as CEO until 2012.

Prior to starting LPS, Ben was involved in numerous successful new community launch programs. Ben was Vice President and Broker for Santaluz, a master-planned community located in San Diego, California. Santaluz was a partnership of DMB Associates and Taylor Morrison Homes that included 6,000 acres, a private golf club and amenities and over 1,000 new homes. Under Ben’s leadership, Santaluz set Southern California records with over $300 million in sales in just 40 months and accelerated the owner’s sell-out from over 10 years to just under 4. Ben began his career as a top sales executive for IMI Resort Holdings, capturing over $50 million in personal sales volume from 1997 to 2000. Ben led the sales teams of communities across the country, as part of a specialized division launching new pre-sale campaigns (including Carlton Woods, Superstition Mountain, Mira Vista, and Governors Club).

Ben is a licensed Broker in California, Arizona, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, is a member of the Urban Land Institute, (ULI), serves as vice-chair of council leadership on the ULI Recreational Development Council and is a frequent speaker and mentor in the resort sales industry. Ben received his BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
