We seek Sales Directors who will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy. The individual will create the tactics to market and sell the residential real estate component of the luxury mixed-used resort development. The Sales Director will also attract, retain and guide IMI Sales Agents and act as the primary conduit between the executive team and our Sales Agents. The Sales Director will be primarily responsible for leading his or her team, motivating, coaching and recruiting new Sales Agents, as well as providing strategic and operational guidance to the Company’s executive team.
At IMI Worldwide Properties You Will:
Lead weekly office agent meetings (for the purposes of growth planning, broader
performance reviews, company policy updates and any other company- or market-updates)
Relay market intelligence from research and business development to Sales Agents and Executive team
Provide Sales Agents with feedback and professional development guidance
Work with Marketing team to produce business support tools for Sales Agents and to perform SalesForce analytics to ensure marketing initiatives are effective
Develop and supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs; preparing for and attending exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional and/or national promotional opportunities
Develop initiatives to boost Sales Agent productivity
Regulate SalesForce database reporting and analytics
Develop and meet project sales targets
Define, develop and implement the sales strategy and assist in determining optimal pricing points
Analyze the effectiveness of all sales strategies, ensure consistency, quality and cost-effectiveness, and take corrective actions when needed
Work directly with the sales team to negotiate and close transactions
Ensure IMI is creating a positive work environment to ensure Sales Agent and Sales Assistant satisfaction and overall retention
Relay on-the-ground market trends from Sales Agents to Marketing and Executive teams
Develop and share perspective on future Sales Agent management
Sales Agent recruiting
Collaboratively work with Sales Agent team on Broker presentations
Manage Sales Assistant and provide professional development for them
Develop in a Professional Environment
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of success as a Sales Director, or in a comparable position, with a similar top end, international real estate developer, brokerage house or investment firm
A candidate who has previously assumed full responsibility for sales, having negotiated and closed deals at a similar price point
Proven success in strategic planning and problem solving
Practical and proactive person, highly creative, who will be responsible for managing and nurturing corporate brand strategy design and developing a range of corporate marketing initiatives for use throughout the company
An energetic, forward-thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional demeanor
Confidence in one’s ability and the ability to present one’s self in a polished and professional manner
Superior verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and consistent in delivery of the Company’s message
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
Technologically knowledgeable and forward-thinking
Educational & Work Experience Required:
Real Estate licensed
Extensive experience in real estate brokerage, preferably as both a real estate Sales Agent and a Sales Director
