We seek Sales Agents who will be responsible for selling real estate to the most discriminating clients in the world. The individual will execute on strategies to sell the residential real estate component of the luxury mixed-used resort development. Our Sales Agents represent our company and serve as a first impression and the initial point of contact for our high profile developments. The Sales Agent will report to the Sales Director, who will act as their primary conduit to the executive team.

Professional development

Relay market intelligence from research and business development to Sales Director

Provide Sales Director with client and market feedback

Suggest initiatives to boost sales

Manage your personal SalesForce database

Meet project sales targets

Execute on the sales strategy and assist in determining optimal pricing points

Report on the effectiveness of all sales strategies

Work directly with the Sales Director to negotiate and close transactions

Ensure IMI is creating a positive work environment to ensure Sales Assistant satisfaction and overall retention

Develop and share perspective on future Sales Assistant management

Sales Assistant recruiting

Collaboratively working with Sales Director on Broker presentations

Develop in a professional environment


What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of success as a Sales Agent, or in a comparable position, with a similar top-end international real estate developer, brokerage house or investment firm

The candidate will have previously assumed full responsibility for making sales, having negotiated and closed deals at a similar price point

Proven success in strategic planning and problem solving

Practical and proactive person

An energetic, forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional demeanor

Confidence in one’s ability and the ability to present one’s self in a polished and professional manner

Superior verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and consistent in delivery of the Company’s message

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Technologically knowledgeable and forward-thinking


Educational & Work Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree

Real Estate licensed

Extensive experience in sales
